Tuesday: Zumba
The great thing about Zumba is that you learn to dance to lots of different rhythms and get fit whilst doing it. No dance experience is required, just some energy and enthusiasm! The movements have different layers so you can start simple and add more flavour as you gain experience. New elements will be added each week for those looking for more of a challenge. There is definitely a Latin vibe to this zumba class and soon you'll be gliding across the dance floor without missing a beat!

Tuesday: Partner Dance Class
Brazilian zouk class in a studio with mirrors and smaller class sizes. All levels welcome!
Brazilian Zouk is a fun and sensual partner dance! Our classes teach you the leading and following techniques, how to create and maintain a connection with your partner and how to interpret the music. We’ll break down the technique clearly and precisely and have you travelling around the dance floor in no time! We have different levels available at every session and beginners to advanced are welcome!Friday: Classes and Club Night
Every Friday Brazilian zouk classes and club night in Angel. Partner classes 7.30-9pm followed by social dance practice till midnight with our DJs ! Come and relax with the very cheap drinks, socialise and practice your new steps! (6 Fridays of the year we are not there due to special events so email to confirm!)
Sunday: Online followers technique
Brazilian Zouk technique & styling classes focusing on different technique such as foot work, head movements, styling, turn patterns. Get in touch to receive the Zoom link..
